River Severn
The guest house is just a 5 minute walk from the River Severn and some lovely riverside walks to the town centre or the 29 acre Quarry park (home of the annual flower show) and The Dingle (an impressive formal flower garden created by world renowned gardener Percy Thrower.)

You may like to enjoy a relaxing cruise along the river as it snakes its way around the historic town of Shrewsbury onboard the luxury three decked showboat, "Sabrina". During the spring and summer months there are daily cruises between the Welsh Bridge and English Bridge complete with informative commentary and a licensed bar.
