The Grace Suite
A double room recently refurbished with an Edwardian style en-suite, new decor, carpet and bed.

The Green Room
A superking or twin ensuite room, recently refurbished, complemented with new decor, furnishings, beds and carpet.

The Penthouse Suite
A luxury double room with king size bed, en-suite bath and separate shower cubicle.

Booking

Arrivals
Normal check-in times are between 3:30-10pm, however, we do accept check-ins at other times by prior arrangement.

Early Check-in Service
Should you prefer to arrive prior to midday, you may collect your room keys and leave your luggage, then the day is yours to explore the many delights of Shrewsbury. Please note that rooms may not be fully serviced prior to our normal check-in time which is 3:30pm.

Departures
In response to customer feedback, and to enhance your stay, we have recently extended the check-out time by 30 minutes. Guests are now requested to vacate their room by 10:30am on the day of departure. Later check-outs are available, please ask.

Payment
Credit/debit card details are requested for all bookings made with us; however, payment by cash is also accepted. When making a booking, a deposit equal to the cost of your first night’s stay will be charged to your card immediately with the balance due on departure.

Cancellations / Booking changes
Every now and then we understand that plans do not flow accordingly, so should you need to alter or cancel your booking for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible on 01743 359275.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, provided you give us more than 72 hours notice prior to arrival, you will not be charged for your booking and any deposit will be refunded in full.

Should you cancel within 72 hours of arrival you will be charged for the first night of your booking, however, if we are able to re-book the room(s), we will not make a charge and any deposit will be refunded in full.

If you do not inform us of your intention to cancel, we will be unable to re-let the room(s) and as a result, your card will be charged with the full cost of the booking.
